Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School 2025!
June 16-20 from 9am to noon.
Location: Parish Community Center
At True North, kids discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wild world! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of Jesus' love, and test out sciencey-fun experiments they'll never forget. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with a Compass Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they've learned.
Kids at True North will join a mission effort to provide families in North American with new warm clothes and blankets.
True North is for kids from 3 years old to 5th grade and will run from 9am to noon each day. Any middle or high schooler in 6th-12th grade (in the 2025-26 school year) are encouraged to sign up as Crew Leaders.
Adult and teen volunteers are needed to host the event. Contact ThuyAnh at thoang@stgens.org if you can volunteer.
Cost is $30 per participant/$80 per family until June 9. Based on availability, late registration (June 9 and later) will be accepted at a fee of $40 per participant/$100 per family. Fee includes child's T-shirt and one VBS downloadable music per family. If an adult volunteers for the week, s/he will receive a $20 discount for the first child registered. Scholarships to VBS are available upon request.
